At the Cape Town English Language School, you will be taught about the structure of the English Language, in order for you to be able to use English in your every day communication with others. The different areas of the English Language that will be covered are reading, writing, verbal communication, improvement of your English grammar and also your pronunciation of English words. Below we have outlined what the different courses will cover and their respective prices.
STANDARD COURSE – Euro € 160 Per Week
The Standard Course is designed to enable you as the student to communicate in the English Language, effectively in everyday siuations. The focus in this course will be on vodabulary and grammar, speaking and pronunciation, reading, writing, listening and comprehension skills. As the classroom groups are small, the students are able to receive individual attention and are able to participate actively in the class.

INTENSIVE COURSE – Euro € 225 Per Week
This course is for students who want to improve their English skills fast. This is the most popular course as it consists of a Standard Course in the morning and two conversation lessons in the afternoon. The afternoon lessons allow more time to focus on your individual needs; students can practice and learn to communicate effectively in their social and professional lives. The teacher presents topics and themes related to the interests of the group.

INTENSIVE PLUS – Euro € 340 Per Week
This course consists of an Intensive Course plus 5 one-to-one lessons per week. The Intensive Plus course is especially designed for students who wish to improve their English over a short period of time.

STANDARD PLUS – Euro € 280 Per Week
The Standard Plus Course consists of the normal Standard Course in the morning plus 5 one-to-one lessons per week. The one-to-one lessons are specifically designed for the student’s particular needs. In addition to brushing up on general English, students who feel they have specific needs are able to concentrate on them during the one-to-one lessons.

BUSINESS ENGLISH COURSE – Euro € 225 Per Week
The Business English Course consists of the Standard Course in the morning and two Business English lessons in the afternoon (group). Business English covers a wide variety of different business subjects, ranging from banking to international conferences and interviews.

BUSINESS EXECUTIVE COURSE – Euro € 400 Per Week
The Business Executive course consists of the Standard Course in the morning and two Business English lessons in the afternoon (one-to-one lessons). Business English covers a wide variety of different business subjects, ranging from banking to international conferences and interviews. Students should supply Students Meet Africa with information on their occupation and interests before arrival in South Africa in order to help the teacher to prepare the lessons.

CAMBRIDGE EXAM – Euro € 2200
Our renowned language school offers 11 week preparation courses at the FCE (First Certificate), CAE (Advanced) and CPE (Proficiency) levels. These are intensive preparation courses, providing students with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to pass the examinations. All exams are internationally recognised. Students participate in General English classes in the morning and are given specific examination training in the afternoon.

The LCCI course prepares students for the examinations of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry Examination Board. It consists of 8 weeks of English training with 4 lessons of General English in the morning and 2 hours preparation for the LCCI examination in the afternoon.
